Charlotte is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of people and contributing to a more healthy and sustainable community. Her mindfulness exploration started with a personal journey, and since then has been trained as a teacher in Mindful Self-Compassion, Making Friends with Yourself, and .b curriculum. Charlotte also completed her Master’s degree, researching mindfulness into the educational context, and continues to research and facilitate mindfulness for the modern context. Charlotte has connected and taught mindfulness to many people and cultures across the world.
Ursula is a multi-talented creative. She works to reconnect people through the practice of mindfulness and regeneration. Her studies in Ecology along with her experience in Media and Marketing has led to the development of a unique skill set - the application of natural systems thinking in modern businesses and brands. Ursula sees mindfulness and compassion to be a key tool in regenerating our ecosystems.


Milly is a meditation and movement facilitator and has taught in New Zealand and overseas throughout the past 8 years. Her curiosity of how the human mind and body functions in a modern world has inspired her studies in yoga, psychology and somatic processing tools. She is passionate about creating inclusive and accessible spaces for people to experience the benefits of creative and therapeutic resources to support the wellbeing of the individual and their community.
Phoebe is an experienced strategic People & Culture Business Partner. Her studies in Business, Psychology and Human Rights have sparked her interest and passion in working in people-first, values-driven businesses. She is a strategic partner who works with businesses in translating their objectives into actionable, outcome-driven talent strategies. She strongly believes that with happy teams comes high performance, strategic growth, and the ability to consistently deliver on business goals. She is a qualified restorative yoga teacher and a graduate of our own 6-week Practice Presence course. She is committed to expanding her own and others' knowledge on the importance of mindfulness in our daily lives.
