We are the founders and facilitators here at REMiND. Together, we are on a mission to bring mindfulness and meditation into your daily life.
We work with people and organisations who experience stress, overthinking, heavy
workloads and lockdown struggles so they can maintain balance, find relaxation and
clarity in the mind.
We use the most current neuroscience research and build on thousands of years of buddhist mindfulness meditation teachings, as well as other techniques such as breathing, self-compassion and self-reflection.
