Meet Ursula and Charlotte. They started teaching together in 2017 after their own personal journeys brought them to mindfulness meditation. Charlotte did her Masters Thesis looking into mindfulness in our education sector and Ursula was an wellness entrepreneur holding space and events in Auckland City. Since their collaboration, Ursula and Charlotte have taught thousands of people the basics of mindfulness meditation and supported teams in developing mindful capability in the workplace. They are collectively on a mission to help people find presence and reconnection to themselves and our wider world.
